On Tuesday 7/3 I met all three of my conversation partners. I met two before class at what I believe is called "tea time" and another during class when we met with the ITAs. The first CP that I met was named Elvire. I did not get to speak with her for very long but she is from the Ivory Coast and her first language is French. I told her I knew about a famous soccer player from Ivory Coast and she seemed impressed. I met my second CP in the tea room, his name is Hamad and he is from Kuwait. Hamad and I got to speak for a good amount of time. I noticed that he speaks very well, he describes the past well and uses his tenses well. Hamad is studying film production here at FSU. He also enjoys working out at the leach and playing soccer. The third CP that I met was named Wangsuk. Wangsuk is from Seoul, South Korea and is studying for an M.A in Exercise Science. Wangsuk also enjoys soccer and many other sports. Wangsuk also speaks very well, I only really noticed some plural mix-ups. I did ask if I can correct him before we began to speak and he did reply in the affirmative with excitement.

Good stuff Charles. Most of my meetings have been group meetings as well. I like the multi-player setting because it seems to keep the conversation flowing well. I signed up to have Elvire as a tutoring partner. I haven't had much luck linking up with my tutoring partners...maybe you can help us meet up...?
