On Tuesday after our TEFL class, Kari, Brian, and I went
with our International Teaching assistant to Far East Cuisine for some
traditional Vietnamese cuisine. We got there, and laughed for a little while
because no one that works there is actually Vietnamese, except for the chef in
the back. We decided to sit all the way in the back of the restaurant because
we new that we would probably be quite rowdy, knowing Kari and I. Keith had a great time ordering for all of us. Kari and I got Pho (pronounced fuhhhh :) and Keith and Brian got Bun (pronounced bUnnn) It was absolutely delicious. It came in bowls that were bigger than our heads and Keith told us that this was not even as big as how they serve it in Vietnam! He said that there is usually more veggies in their dishes too. We had such a great time and I am really looking forward to doing it again!
